Dr. Wick

Originally from Sri Lanka, Dr. Lalinda Wickramasinghe DDS (Dr. Wick) moved to the United States and earned his degree in Biotechnology in Los Angeles. Before discovering his passion for dentistry, he worked as an HIV vaccine researcher in San Diego, California. Once he realized that dentistry was his true calling, he never looked back. Dr. Wick went on to graduate from the prestigious University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry.
Today, he finds great fulfillment in providing high-quality dental care to the community. His decision to open a dental practice in Fox Point, WI, was deeply personal—his wife, Elizabeth, is a proud Saukville native, and together they were inspired to give back to the community she grew up in by building a patient-centered practice rooted in care and compassion.
Dr. Wick believes that truly understanding his patients—beyond just their dental needs—is the foundation of great care. In a fast-paced world where many dental practices are driven by numbers, Dr. Wick takes a different approach: he focuses on the person behind the smile. He customizes each treatment plan to fit the individual, ensuring care is not only clinically sound but also personally meaningful.
He also takes pride in thoroughly explaining every step of the dental process—before, during, and after treatment. Dr. Wick believes that most dental anxiety stems from the fear of the unknown, and his goal is to make each patient feel informed, comfortable, and confident in their care.
